  • delivering the free beginner chair dance lesson
  • managing the email list
  • marketing ArtFit Studio’s courses, services, events and offers
  • communicating about the online chair dance course
  • contacting people based on customer relationship or expressed interest

  • monitoring the functionality of email communication, such as measuring email opens and link clicks

5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The processing of personal data is based on the person’s consent when they order free material, join the email list or give permission to receive email communication.

A person may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email message or by contacting the data controller.

ArtFit Studio may send information by email about free materials, online courses, studio classes, events, services and offers only to people who have given their consent to receive such communication.

Every marketing email includes the option to unsubscribe from email communication.

Personal data is stored for as long as the person remains on ArtFit Studio’s email list or for as long as storing the data is necessary for the purposes described above.

  • CampWire for delivering online courses
  • possible payment service providers, analytics tools and technical website service providers

Service providers process personal data only on behalf of ArtFit Studio and in accordance with the agreed purposes.

Data may be shared with third parties only when it is necessary for delivering the service, complying with legal obligations, processing payments or protecting the rights of ArtFit Studio.
